Power of Attorney Template

Can't collect your race pack in person? Another person may collect it on your behalf with a signed Power of Attorney letter. Download the official template below, fill it in, and have it signed by both the participant and the representative.

Representative pickup is only available for the 5K and 10K categories. Half Marathon and Marathon participants must collect their race pack in person.

Representative Pickup

Applies to the 5K and 10K categories only. The representative must bring:

1. The Power of Attorney letter, filled in and signed by the participant and the representative.
2. The representative's photo ID (KTP / SIM / Passport) for verification.

The organizer reserves the right to deny any pickup that does not comply with these rules.
