

The Jakarta Running Festival 2025 is organized by PT Kelompok Lari Anak Bangsa (KLAB).
5K Individual Open
A 5-kilometer road race open to both
Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals holding a valid KITAS or PASSPORT. Male and female participants
aged 13 to 90 years on the day of the race are eligible to compete.
5K Individual National
A 5-kilometer road race limited to
Indonesian citizens who hold a valid official ID issued by the Republic of Indonesia. Open to male and female
participants aged 13 to 90 years on race day.
5K Individual Masters 40–49 National
Indonesian
citizens aged 40 years and above but below 50 years on race day will be automatically
categorized under Masters 40–49. Participants in this category are also eligible to win awards in the
Open or National category. However, if a participant already
wins in the Open or National category, they will not be eligible
to receive awards in the Masters 40–49 category.

Indonesian
citizens aged 50 years and above on race day will be automatically categorized under
Masters 50+. Participants in this category are also eligible to win awards in the Open or

years on race day are eligible to compete.
HALF MARATHON Individual National
A 21.0975-kilometer road race limited to Indonesian citizens who hold a valid
official ID issued by the Republic of Indonesia. Open to male and female participants aged
17 to 90 years on race day.
HALF MARATHON Individual Masters 40–49 National
Indonesian citizens aged 40 years and above but below 50 years on race

nationals holding a valid KITAS or PASSPORT. Male and female participants aged 17 to 90
years on race day are eligible to compete.
MARATHON Individual National
A 42.195-kilometer road race limited to Indonesian citizens who hold a valid
official ID issued by the Republic of Indonesia. Open to male and female participants aged 17 to 90 years on race day.
MARATHON Individual Masters 40–49 National
Indonesian
citizens aged 40 years and above but below 50 years on race day will be automatically

Participants must register online at jakartarunningfestival.id or athletes.id .
Registration will close when the participant quota has been reached or on the official registration deadline—whichever comes first.
The organizer reserves the right to change the opening or closing dates of registration at any time and without prior notice based on certain considerations.

Race pack collection will take place at the Jakarta Running Festival 2025 Expo, located at Istora Senayan, Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex, Jakarta.
Race Pack Collection Schedule:
Participants are not allowed to collect their race pack on race day or outside of the designated schedule.
Race pack pickup may be done by a representative under the following conditions:
If collecting race packs for more than one participant:
If the represented participants are registered at different counters, the representative must collect each race pack at the corresponding counters. This process may be repeated as needed.
However, if all participants are registered at the same counter, the race packs may be collected in one go without re-queuing, provided that all required documents are presented.
The organizer reserves the right to deny any pickup that does not comply with these rules.

CLOSURE OF START AREA ACCESS (RUNNER’S ENTRANCE)
Access to the Start Area (Runner’s Entrance) will be closed exactly at the official start time (flag off) for each race category.
Example:
Half Marathon participants arriving at the Runner’s Entrance after
04:30 WIB will not be allowed to enter the Start Area and will be declared DNS (Did Not Start).
CUT-OFF TIME
Cut-off times (COT) for each race category:
Participants crossing the finish line after the Cut-Off Time may still proceed to the finish area and receive refreshments, but they will not receive a finisher medal or finisher jersey (for Marathon category) and will be recorded as DNF (Did Not Finish).
CUT-OFF POINTS (COP)
Cut-Off Points will be implemented in the Marathon (42K) and Half Marathon (21K) categories for the safety and comfort of participants. COPs are based on time of day, not running duration.
Participants who fail to reach a COP before the designated time will not be allowed to continue on the course, will be transported back to the race village via shuttle bus, and will be marked as DNF.

START CORRAL
To ensure an orderly and comfortable start for all participants, start corrals will be used. Each participant's corral will be printed on their bib number.
The Organizer reserves the right to assign or adjust start corral placements without prior notice. Participants must start the race in the designated start corral indicated on their bib.
Violation of above rules may result in disqualification.
WINNER DETERMINATION
According to the regulations of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, prizes are generally considered taxable income, as determined through the tax laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In the case of the JAKARTA RUNNING FESTIVAL, the tax on the prize is borne by each winner of the competition.
Prize money will be disbursed within 14 calendar days* from the event date.
*The prize money for the Marathon Open and Half Marathon Open winners will be distributed once the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) and/or Indonesia Anti-Doping Organization (IADO) issues the official doping test results.
The final official results and relevant prize money for the Marathon Open and Half Marathon Open will be issued pending the official doping test results from the AIU and/or IADO.
The Organizer will provide medical services, including doctors and nurses for first aid, and ambulances equipped with appropriate medical equipment.
The Organizer will provide a bag drop facility at the event venue. Participants are required to follow and agree to the rules and regulations of the Bag Drop facility set out by the Organizer.
Water stations will be located at designated points along each race
course.
Refreshment stations (water, isotonic drinks, fruit, etc.) will be available in the finish area for all categories.
